Geographic Solutions offers a variety of training plans that can be tailored to your agency's needs. Whether you are planning training for a new system installation, or pursuing additional training for new or existing staff, our team of experienced trainers will develop a plan to ensure that you are getting the most out of your investment.
On-site and remote training options are available for your convenience.
- On-Site Training
- Our on-site training brings our experienced training staff to you. This option is ideal for providing individual instruction to staff. Training occurs on a copy of your own system and includes the specific features incorporated in your solution. Many of our customers find that direct staff training is the quickest method of learning the system.
- Classroom Training
- Training at an off-site location is often the best way to focus on the curriculum, away from the distractions back at the office. Geographic Solutions' training facility located in Palm Harbor, Florida, is the perfect environment. Classes can be scheduled specifically for your agency, or you can keep an eye on our training schedule and register for one of our open classes.
- Online Training
- This option provides you with an opportunity to polish your skills in a convenient, interactive environment. Staff can join from their office by logging in to our web based conference room — all they need is a web browser and a telephone. This instructor led training is very flexible and can focus on specific areas of your software solution.
