The Virtual OneStop Labor Exchange for Employers module includes leading-edge technology features with expanded criteria for successful matching of candidates and employers. The user-friendly interface, accessed via the Internet, is designed to assist employers in finding candidates for open job positions, posting job orders, and reviewing candidate resumes and job referrals. Employers may assess job market trends and candidate market trends for resource decision-making purposes. The Labor Exchange for Employers module has several components, conveniently available on a single Web site. The Labor Exchange for Employers module has the following components:
- Recruitment Services
- My OneStop Profile
- Message Center
- Quick Menu
Employers use the Labor Exchange component to post job orders; view applicants for open job positions, search for candidates, assess job market trends, and store online recruitment folders.
Resumes matching the posted job orders’ occupations and skill levels are viewed in the system through a Virtual Recruiter Candidate Search. The Virtual Recruiter feature is an automatic resume search that employers may schedule to run daily, weekly, or monthly. The results are returned to the employer as a list or by email in the system. Employers can then click the resumes on the list to view or print them.
The Labor Exchange for Employers module gives employers one source for posting job orders, searching for candidates, and reviewing job market trends. Employers can save time, find qualified candidates, and work more efficiently when utilizing the Labor Exchange module and its helpful workforce services.
