The 2022 Workforce Technology Conference in sunny Clearwater Beach, FL was a huge success. The conference almost didn’t take place as Southwest Florida was the target for the largest and most catastrophic hurricane to hit Florida in recent years. Narrowly escaping the storm’s path, attendees safely arrived in Clearwater Beach, ready and eager to learn, share ideas, exchange best practices, and come together as ONE.
Fast forward to 2023 and this year’s conference will encourage our attendees to explore the true power of ONE. A single system that can seamlessly manage it all – labor exchange, case management, unemployment, human services, partner programs, corrections, and more. Each part stands to improve agency performance and service delivery. Unleashing the true power of One.
This year, expect a conference agenda packed with exciting, educational, and dynamic content. Showcasing over 85 industry and subject matter experts, this agenda will offer hands-on system demonstrations, panel discussions, and think-tank sessions.
Our conference, similar to VOS Sapphire, is geared towards all different types of users. Our conference melds together insight and perspectives from thought leaders, educators, agency personnel, and frontline staff. Social mixers during and after the sessions are curated to expand our client’s professional network and provide a little facetime with our organization’s executive team. We look forward to seeing you there!
"So far, I’ve honestly learned so much. My first pre-conference training was on LMI and I learned a lot of information that I can actually take back to my agency and use within our region."

"There’s so many options. No matter what area you work in - whether you’re working in programs, with employers, with policy, there an opportunity for you to come learn from other partners."
"I enjoyed (and needed) having frontline staff, government officials, and the business analysts all together in one space. The fact that different states were present also provided a different perspective on the common goal"
2018 Conference Attendee
"I liked that there were more UI sessions to attend and that there was some cross-over with workforce-related sessions so that I could benefit from all of them."
"All presentations produced new information and fostered new ideas for my local program."
"I enjoyed the personal interactions with other Geographic Solutions state clients; hearing how others have implemented and optimized various technologies, and to have in-person conversations/meetings with staff."
2017 Conference Attendee
"I appreciate having the chance to see, in advance, the upcoming changes to the system. It allowed me to have an idea of what we as a region need to prepare for and how to inform our staff."
"All information was relevant. Other vendor conferences are not as relevant to our particular product. I took a lot back to the office."
