Geographic Solutions currently employs nearly 500 professionals throughout the United States in the fields of software development, business analysis, quality assurance, project management, system architecture, and administrative support.

We implement our own software and provide both the technology and the staff to develop and support our products from start to finish, without the need to outsource any of our core competencies. Now that you are back at GSI, what do you appreciate most about that you didn’t before?

It’s not that I ever took GSI for granted, but when I left, I knew exactly what I was stepping away from, but I also knew I needed to take a risk and explore my training career beyond GSI to grow and be taken seriously in the field. Now that I’m back, I have an even deeper appreciation for the culture of support, trust, and genuine connection that exists here. GSI isn’t just the place where I work; it’s where my voice is heard, my growth is encouraged, and my passion for training continues to thrive. Coming back reminded me how rare that kind of environment really is.

What made you want to come back to GSI?

There are many things, like the GSI culture, benefits, inclusion and diversity, which we will talk about more in the upcoming questions. There is something that most of us here probably don't think about on a day-to-day basis…and that is how important ‘WE’ are as a company and individuals. We work every day to create, maintain, and enhance a line of products that at one point never existed. Products and tools that can literally save lives. Although most of us will never see how our products affect the real people who use them, this in no way detracts from the importance of our work.
