Certification and Compliance

 

Geographic Solutions intends to pursue a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Certification under Class A of the 20x authorization guidance. The purpose of this page is to act as a placeholder for what will become the Trust Center. This FedRAMP compatible Trust Center will be the central location of the corporate website which will be specifically used by authorization parties to access relevant information about the in-scope systems.

 

This functionality will initially contain:

• Progress Reports, which will demonstrate our continuous progress toward our FedRAMP Certification
• Our Marketplace Link, a direct link to the CSO's listing on the FedRAMP Marketplace
• The Scope Definition, a clear description of the specific cloud services within the FedRAMP authorization scope
• Access Instructions, information outlining exactly how federal agencies can request access to non-public security materials (such as System Security Plans (SSPs) and Continuous Monitoring documentation)

 

As the site matures and we progress toward achieving a FedRAMP Ready rating the functionality will be added for full compliance with standards such as CDS-TRC-PAC, which requires Programmatic Access to the Trust Center’s data to be available through a programmatic interface. This means that the data can be accessible to authorized third-party applications or scripts without requiring any human interaction.
