With electronic signature functionality in VOS Sapphire, signers do not have to be physically present in order to sign a document when filling out applications for services or searching for jobs. With multiple accessible methods for signing documents available, VOS Sapphire also offers a solution for individuals of all levels of ability to sign their documents.
Documents can be sent through the system's message center, by email, or via text message. An individual can review a document and sign at their convenience using one of the preferred methods on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Documents are encrypted to ensure full security, and an audit trail is maintained for each signature on file.

Metrix Learning offers online certification courses, practice tests and labs, and test vouchers to help individuals gain the skills they need to close skills gaps, explore career pathways, and connect with employers remotely.
Big Interview is integrated within VOS Sapphire and offers mock interviews and sample answers for over 1,100 industries. Job seekers can also record their interview practice and share videos internally/externally to garner feedback to help improve their skills.
