Join us for a special Pathways to Employment webinar presentation. CalPIA’s Rusty Bechtold will share how four organizations came together to launch the Entry to Employment (E2E) network. Going live in June of 2024, it's already giving second-chance job seekers secure access to job offers before leaving prison. With close to a thousand folks expected to complete the program each year, it's an untapped talent resource that shouldn't be overlooked by employers. Attendees will learn about the importance of high tech for web-based job search and recruitment, especially in reentry and second-chance employment. They'll also learn about cutting-edge trends within the reentry industry. And, attendees will be able to gather insight for working in frontline workforce reentry staff positions.
