Your Journey May Take You Far

Our Doors Stay Open

At Geographic Solutions, we believe careers aren’t always a straight line—they’re a journey. Sometimes that journey takes our people to new opportunities, experiences, and challenges outside our walls. And when the time feels right to return, we couldn’t be happier to welcome them back.

We understand that growth can mean exploring opportunities elsewhere. That’s why we keep the door open for boomerang employees.

Why We Celebrate Boomerang Employees

Fresh perspectives

Returning team members bring new skills, insights, and industry knowledge that enriches our culture.

Stronger connections

They already know our values and mission, so they can hit the ground running while deepening relationships.

Proof of belonging

Coming back is the ultimate compliment. It shows that our workplace is one worth returning to.

Hear From Our Boomerangs

This year we now offer the option to pay with a credit card right on the registration page. However, if you do not wish to pay with a credit card, we still offer the option to pay by invoice. Once we receive your registration with invoice selected, our billing team will send you an invoice for the amount. The amount must be paid before attending the conference.

During covid time, friends were losing their jobs, and it was a soft reminder of what we do for others that are trying to find a job. GSI is a great company to work for.

There are many things, like the GSI culture, benefits, inclusion and diversity, which we will talk about more in the upcoming questions. There is something that most of us here probably don't think about on a day-to-day basis…and that is how important ‘WE’ are as a company and individuals. We work every day to create, maintain, and enhance a line of products that at one point never existed. Products and tools that can literally save lives. Although most of us will never see how our products affect the real people who use them, this in no way detracts from the importance of our work.
