The 2026 Workforce Technology Conference will be held onsite at the Monterey Conference Center and the Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay. Located in the heart of historic downtown Monterey, the venue is just steps from Fisherman’s Wharf and offers scenic views of Monterey Bay and the coastline.

When Should You Travel/Book Your Hotel Rooms?
Monday we are holding our OPTIONAL Pre-Conference Training at an ADDITIONAL COST. If you attend pre-conference training, you will likely travel on Sunday and need a hotel on Sunday night.
Regular conference days are Tuesday through Thursday. If you are not attending training, you would travel on Monday and need a hotel Monday night through Wednesday or Thursday night depending on travel arrangements.
Room Rate and Fees:
$285/night (single or double rate) plus tax = $336.70.
Incidental Hold
A refundable $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in. If incidental charges exceed $100, the hotel will authorize an additional amount to cover the balance.
