We realize that, for example, in Spain there are several internship models: Dual VET / Formación Profesional Dual (primary apprenticeship model, involving a formal contract with a company); Professional Practice Contract / Contrato para la obtención de la práctica professional (for individuals who already hold a qualification and want to gain experience within 3-5 years of graduating); and Youth Workshops / Talleres de Empleo (Programs for unemployed individuals involving training and work experience, often focusing on construction, maintenance, or environmental sectors).
