New ideas are capitalized on when best practices are shared; and our user community grows and learns from one another when we come together. We encourage you to make use of our numerous training and learning opportunities listed below. While some opportunities are geared towards our mass user group, other can be requested and made available on a per client basis. These reports can help you manage and quantify your workload, identify cases that require follow-up activities, view a large variety of case load information, program specific case management reports, and more. In this session, you’ll learn how to pull and run reports, as well as how to save reports and schedule them to automatically be sent to you on a regular basis.
