Staff have access to an array of tools and resources in VOS Sapphire to help them manage their daily workloads, but one of the most important items in their toolbox is case notes. This flexible yet powerful feature enables case managers/staff to document critical observations and/or milestones about their clients to provide supporting evidence of their participation in federal, state, and/or local programs. In this Lunchtime Learning session, we will explore the many facets of case note management, including case note templates, which can save staff time and effort.
