At Geographic Solutions, we believe in eliminating boundaries in information technology, making new opportunities available for individuals with barriers and encouraging them to reach their employment goals. We develop our software to be accessible to all individuals regardless of ability or disability. Our solutions are fully compliant with federal and state mandates and work to help agencies improve service delivery to participants in human services programs.
Offered as standalone systems or integrated modules within our Virtual OneStop Software Suite, our solutions provide the necessary case management features for staff to assist participants in the Vocational Rehabilitation program, the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Each module is designed to meet the needs of agencies as they provide support services to participants, including enrollment, service tracking, reporting and more.
Staff that work in the human services industry play an important role in helping participants down their path to employment and towards a greater quality of life. Enhanced tools and resources are available to help staff provide support services to participants in an efficient manner to ensure program requirements are being met. Our customizable modules aim to improve service delivery and accessibility, while focusing on helping individuals reduce their reliance on benefits and find employment.
The Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Program module has been developed to eliminate employment barriers and make available new opportunities for those with disabilities. Intuitive case management tools allow staff to manage the application process, program eligibility, referral tracking, employment services, and federal reporting.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) module enables and supports the enrollment of eligible individuals into the SNAP program. The system tracks the program’s process from the initial registration through full management, including alerts, activity enrollment, case management, and case closure.
The Welfare Transition module provides full case management for the employment and training requirements of TANF. Staff have the ability to manage participants throughout the program, as well as track and report on the services they receive. The module helps staff guides participants through the program process, providing seamless integration between individuals, employers, and partner agencies.
