By registering for the 2021 Workforce Technology Conference, you acknowledge that video and photographs will be taken at this event. All sessions and events are filmed for documentation purposes and for current and future marketing efforts. If you have any sort of exception to this policy, please contact us with your concerns.
What can I expect to be covered in the cost of my registration?
Your conference registration covers all general sessions, breakouts, and events, listed in the agenda from Tuesday morning through Thursday at 12:00 PM. Meals and snacks will be provided to all attendees Tuesday through Thursday during the week of the conference: this includes daily breakfast, all refreshment breaks, luncheons, and complimentary after hour dinner receptions. For attendees who schedule meetings with Geographic Solutions staff members on Thursday from 12:00-5:00 PM, a boxed lunch will be provided. We invite all attendees to join us for the Wellness Activity scheduled for Wednesday morning.

We offer two different options for Pre-Conference Training: Virtual OneStop training, and Labor Market Tools in Virtual OneStop training. Both sessions will be held concurrently on Tuesday, June 8th. Laptops are provided for attendees who take part in training. Lunch is on your own and not provided by Geographic Solutions.

Registration fees will be refunded in full for registrations cancelled on or before May 14, 2021. No refund of paid registration fees will be made for cancellations on or after May 15, 2021. We will honor the transfer of registration fees from one attendee to another in the event that an attendee can no longer attend. If registration isn't cancelled, you will be expected to pay the invoiced amount. Attendees who take advantage of the Reschedule Special rate or Early Bird rates must pay their invoices in full by December 31, 2020, or the attendee will be invoiced for the full, regular rate.
Please Note: After hitting the submit button below, both parties will receive a confirmation receipt. Once we are in receipt of your registration, our accounting department will generate an invoice and email it to the email address provided in the Billing Information section.
The invoice will include instructions on how to pay by check or credit card.
