  • What can I expect to be covered in the cost of my registration?

    Your conference registration covers all general sessions, breakouts, and events, listed in the agenda from Tuesday morning through Thursday at 12:00 PM. Meals and snacks will be provided to all attendees Tuesday through Thursday during the week of the conference: this includes daily breakfast, all refreshment breaks, luncheons, and complimentary after hour dinner receptions. For attendees who schedule meetings with Geographic Solutions staff members on Thursday from 12:00-5:00 PM, a boxed lunch will be provided. We invite all attendees to join us for the Wellness Activity scheduled for Wednesday morning.

  • (Optional) Pre-Conference Training

  • We offer two different options for Pre-Conference Training: Virtual OneStop training, and Labor Market Tools in Virtual OneStop training. Both sessions will be held concurrently on Monday, October 3rd. Laptops are provided for attendees who take part in training. Lunch is on your own and not provided by Geographic Solutions.

    • New Features in VOS Sapphire (Part One) - The morning session will focus on exciting, new enhancements that will make your system come alive with increased efficiency, improved communication options, and staff case management tools. Our trainers will discuss the staff scheduling and availability features that will make appointment setting easy to use and manage; tools related to case management; pins that access popular system pages in fewer mouse clicks; the revamped Eligibility Explorer that will simplify potential program participant information gathering; new functionality for provider management; and new tools related to résumés and jobs. Whether you are a new or existing system user, come join the Training Team to engage and review firsthand how these tools work in your system, and why they are significant to your job.
    • The Latest in VOS Sapphire Reporting (Part Two) - The afternoon training session will focus on recent reporting enhancements in VOS Sapphire, as well as an overview of basic tools that will enhance your ability to use the extensive Reports module. Some of the topics will include an overview of the new Reports Menu; the PIRL Reporting Assistant; the new Ad Hoc Query Wizard; basic functionality, such as scheduling, downloading, and email reports; new reports; recent report modifications and enhancements that may surprise you; and a selection of popular staff reports in Summary, Detailed, and Custom reports categories you may have overlooked.
    • Virtual LMI Training (Part One) - The morning session will offer a clear understanding of how to access and use labor market data to support state and local employment plans and policy. This training session is your ticket to understanding how to use labor market data to support the creation and evaluation of programs, sector strategies, and career pathways supports within your workforce operation. In addition, this session will highlight labor market tools that can be used to develop evaluation criteria and priorities for program strategies.
    • Virtual LMI Training (Part Two) - The afternoon session will be a continuation of the morning's themes, providing you with tips on how to maximize labor market information for diverse customers.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Registration fees will be refunded in full for registrations cancelled on or before September 3, 2022. No refund of paid registration fees will be made for cancellations on or after September 15, 2022. We will honor the transfer of registration fees from one attendee to another in the event that an attendee can no longer attend. If registration isn't cancelled, you will be expected to pay the invoiced amount.
