Echoing Thompson’s sentiments, survey feedback from student users at career fairs throughout New Mexico have emphasized the impact Career Solutions is having on the career exploration experience, with many of them noting the website’s ease of use and abundance of career information. Other student commenters appreciated the abilities to compare and explore occupations by family or cluster, which can help them discover new opportunities.
Rich in guidance, Career Solutions also provides education and training resources for students to utilize based on their chosen career path, including an intelligent scholarship search and college preparation checklists. For those seeking a job at any step in their educational journey, the website incorporates everything a student needs to land a job, including the ability to save and apply to jobs, create résumés, build cover letters, and practice for job interviews.
