Geographic Solutions, Inc. is honored to be recognized as a ‘2013 Best Places to Work’ by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Geographic Solutions was one of only 13 Tampa Bay area companies with over 100 employees to be selected as a finalist for the award.
Michael Crosslin, HR Manager for Geographic Solutions, shared that “We are excited to be chosen as a ‘Best Places to Work’ finalist. This is a wonderful recognition for our organization, and more importantly, it’s a tribute to the hard work, dedication, energy, and passion that our employees share for our company and our clients.”
Employees of qualifying companies were surveyed by Quantum Workplace, a Nebraska-based company, to determine the survey results.
The Quantum survey measured key engagement categories known to drive employees’ engagement such as: team effectiveness, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. The employee survey feedback was then scored and the top companies in each category, based on overall composite scores, were named as finalists.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal will honor the finalists and overall category winners at the 2013 Best Places to Work Awards luncheon on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Hotel Tampa.
