Virtual OneStop's enhanced reporting capabilities allow managers and staff to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of their system. Based on client experience, Geographic Solutions has expanded the Virtual OneStop Federal and Ad hoc reporting scope to include new activity, service, event, and Welfare to Work (WtW) reports. Staff users now have a broader selection of individual user and employer services reporting options.
The advanced reporting options will increase one-stop centers' efficiency to send federally mandated information to the state. Utilizing Virtual OneStop, the state can output the required Workforce Investment Act (WIA) quarterly, annual, and summary reports such as the ETA 9002, ETA 9090, and ETA 9091 reports.
