PALM HARBOR, Fla. – (September 3rd, 2021) – Geographic Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of software solutions for workforce development, unemployment insurance, and labor market information, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Megan Aderele as Education Sales Support Specialist.
In this role, Aderele will work in close partnership with Geographic Solutions’ Education Services and Marketing teams to conduct product demonstrations and contribute to the development of marketing collateral and proposals. She will also provide insight and direction for the company’s Virtual Career Center (VCC) solution, a powerful, web-based career services platform that delivers full self-service functionality to engage students in career development.

Aderele possess more than 20 years of combined experience in higher education, human services, and workforce development. Most recently, she worked as the Center Director for CareerSource South Florida at Florida Memorial University (FMU). Additionally, she has worked with other higher education institutions as the Director of Career Services/Student Success, where she focused on student success programming and initiatives, program management, strategic partnership development, curriculum integration, and gainful employment.
Aderele earned an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida State University.
