Paul was selected by an independent panel of past winners, top CEOs, and business leaders for his entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of purpose, and substantial contributions to building long-term value for his company and the workforce industry.
The Entrepreneur Of The Year award is the leading competitive program for entrepreneurs and executives of high-growth companies. This award acknowledges various types of business leaders for their inventiveness, bravery, and entrepreneurial drive.
