The San Benito County One-Stop Career Center selected Geographic Solutions, Inc. to provide WIA case management software and VOScan card swipe services to improve service and performance at the One-Stop Center. The system will utilize modules from the industry-leading Virtual OneStop suite of solutions and is scheduled for implementation in September, 2007.
The Virtual OneStop case management system will interface with the California Joint Training Automation System (JTA) to assist the career center with effective, efficient management of their federal and local workforce programs.
The VOScan card system is a comprehensive, real-time, leading edge internet client tracking and reporting system that utilizes swipe card technology. The system will track and record customers services and provide reports to evaluate program performance.
The San Benito County One-Stop Career Center joins a long list of local and state agencies that have implemented Geographic Solutions, Inc.'s Virtual OneStop software program to provide employment services to their communities. In California, Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, the City of Long Beach, the City of Santa Ana and the Mother Lode Region also use the system. State systems include Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, District of Columbia, North Dakota, Missouri, Virginia, Alaska, Hawaii, and Wyoming.
